As the press secretary of the Federal Air Transport Agency, Artem Korenyako, said on his Telegram channel, due to bad weather, the airport temporarily stopped receiving and sending flights.
33 planes flying to St. Petersburg landed at alternative airfields, most of them in Moscow.

At 1:25 p.m., a representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency reported that St. Petersburg airport was operating normally. However, specialists from the Federal Air Transport Agency and the State Corporation for Air Traffic Management of the Russian Federation continue to “proactively monitor the work” of Pulkovo.
