It is assumed that the free transfer of balances not distributed to beneficial organizations will help sellers reduce the costs of their export and use, and will also allow tax benefits. According to Moskalenko, the initiative came from the singers and was supported by the Association of Internet Commercial Companies (AKIT) and Wildberries.
Akit Chief, Artem Sokolov, emphasized that it is difficult to make the products that are stored in the warehouse for more than 90 days: the average billing indicator can reach 60 days. The “dead” load becomes a business tax, since the villages are forced to obtain costs for storage and cannot quickly buy a new batch of products, he added.
According to Aldukhov, the transfer of part of the goods to charity can allow entrepreneurs to receive tax preferences if the cost of sacrificed goods is up to 1% of the annual income in the cost category. Difficulties in the implementation of the new initiative can only arise with the establishment of NGO communications with specific sites, said Irina Merciaova, director of the Civil Society Research Center and Niu Niu Niu Niu.
