A third of respondents (33%) received an increase in salaries without changing their position, and every tenth (10%) changed to a new position in the current workplace. Another 9% employed in a new company, and 10% did not receive promotion last year, but expected it in the near future.
Young people between 18 and 24 years (17%) and 25-34 years (13%) more often occupied new positions compared to representatives of major generations.
In 2025, many Russian employees plan to take several measures to increase income. 31% of full -time employees intend to find a part -time job, 18% of respondents plan to improve their qualifications, 17% -to work in a more prestigious or high payment industry, 11% -Study for another profession, another 11% strive to find a new job in the current field.
The least surveyed (10%) will discuss the opportunity to increase with their heads, while the other 10% plan to expand their duties and areas of responsibility and also request an increase in position.
On January 10, Forbes, citing the results of a study by the Uteam personnel agency, wrote that most representatives of generation Z have the intention of changing their work or thinking about the transition to another company in 2025. According to the company, more than a third (34%) of employees from 18 to 27 years old said they had already decided to resign, and another 25% thought about this.
