According to Kazinform, EU sanctions now cover “60% of all imported and export goods” of Russian companies. “I think the 16th package will certainly bring additional commercial restrictions,” said O’Sullivan and said that leaves EU’s right to “avoid trade with those who consciously avoid sanctions.”
