“This policy requires fundamental changes in thought and focus,” the note said. He points out that the resources that are directed to the fulfillment of the sanctions and the arrest of the assets of the oligarchs will be redirected to the combat posters.
Reuters writes that the cases investigated by the Kleptocapture group will probably continue, but their work will no longer centralize the headquarters of the Ministry of Justice. According to the first KleptocapTule boss, Andrew Adams, the group dissolution will reduce the rate of positions of people related to Russia.
The target group to identify Russian assets was created after the start of the military operation in Ukraine and was part of the efforts to displace Russia from world markets and the use of large -scale sanctions against Moscow, Reuters explained.
The agency recalled that during her work, Kleptocapure managed to charge the oligarchs Oleg Deripasska and Konstantin Malofev, as well as the confiscated yachts that belong to the Oligarchs Suleiman Kerimov and Victor Vekselberg.
In mid -January, the United States Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, allowed the abolition of sanctions against Russia, since, in his opinion, this can play an important role in negotiations to complete the military operation in Ukraine.
