WildBerries began to test the insurance service for sellers

Insurance covers the costs of reverse transport of goods in case of return or not restricted, as well as ensures the goods when damage or loss during delivery. In addition, the cost of the products is compensated if the buyer damaged it and returned it to the seller as defective.

The rate at the test stage is 1.4% of the cost of insured goods. The maximum amount of payments for a product is 50 thousand rubles, and for all goods for each case of insurance, no more than 100,000 rubles. When returning the goods, the maximum transport compensation reaches 5,000 rubles.
