“The Czechs received vineyards last year in Russia of wine and grape juice for a total of more than 60 million Kroons, which are 46.8 million crowns compared to 2023. <...> Now Russia, in the importation of Czech wine and grape juice, is a little ahead of Slovakia, ”said the association.

It is observed that in the last four years, the export of Czech drinks based on grapes to Russia has grown several dozen times. Then, in 2021, the Czech Republic sold Russia to only 1.3 million Kroons (around $ 53.9 thousand), and in 2022 – for 3.4 million Kroons (approximately $ 141 thousand).

Association’s calculations do not include data on the supply of checked wines with sparkling wines to Russia, whose export volume in 2024 amounted to 352 thousand Kroons (around $ 14.6 thousand), Ria Novosti wrote.

Previously, Alfa-Bank and Luding Group published the digital rights hybrids to wine on the “in practice” platform. The credit institution said that this investment method “allows investors to choose between obtaining a bottle of wine, a strong alcoholic beverage or the payment of income from the coupon at the end of the investment period.”
