The KVS developer won a competition with the amount of 1,136 billion rubles at the start price of 1,052 billion rubles. The second participant, JSC “Musical Industry” of the owner of the ticket service “Kassir.ru” Evgeny Finkelstein, offered 1.12 billion rubles.

The final negotiation protocol is published on the Dom.RF website, and the sales contract, according to the organization’s website, will be concluded with the winner of the auction within five business days.

According to the Unified Registry of the State of Legal Entities, KVS-Vsevozhsky LLC belongs to the CV owners Sergey Yaroshenko and Vladimir Trakrekin (in equal actions) and has existed since September 5, 2022 (registered in St. Petersburg) .
