InfoWatch, Moscow, received a patent for a new system that helped to predict the dismissal of employees. This development works as a software and hardware complex and analyzes the behavior of employees in IT environment based on meta data. The system creates a mathematical model of ordinary actions of each employee and occurs when behaviors begin to be different from the norm.
If the system notes the deviations, it divides employees into risk groups. Such groups may fall to people who desire to quit, reduce loyalty or participate in processes. Therefore, companies will be able to realize in advance which employees can be separated.
According to InfoWatch, the prototype has already passed the tests and shows the accuracy of dismissal forecasts up to 80 percent. A warning can be obtained about possible maintenance about 25 days before the event. The company believes that this technology is useful for HR experts, especially in cases where personnel changes frequently.
