We’re talking about a photo-rechargeable system created by experts with perovskite solar cells. Thanks to a proprietary technology for assembling the parts, the system reportedly exhibits a high energy and bulk density comparable to modern micro-cells and supercapacitors.

At the same time, it is reported that such batteries can adequately charge in just 30 seconds in sunlight, increasing the battery life of “smart” devices by tens of minutes.

According to the scientists, the technology they developed will be useful in creating wearable devices that work without charging for a long time.
