The founder of “Banki.ru” bought the holding company “Rosnano” ICM Glass. The company is the only one in Russia and the largest producer of fractionated glass foam in Europe, which is used in the construction of houses and roads.
The deal was reported in the press service of Rosnano. The corporation invested in ICM Glass at the start-up stage.
“This project is an example of how an entire industry grows from a startup.
In fact, we have created a new segment of the market,” said Anton Kastyukevich, chief investment officer of Rosnano Management Company.
ICM Glass started its production in 2013. The company produces fractionated glass foam, a material used in the construction of houses and roads, which allows the acoustic and thermal insulation of structures and objects to be more durable and cheaper than traditional materials.
According to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the sole owner of ICEM GLASS KALUGA LLC is the founder of Banki.ru Philip Ilyin-Adaev. In September 2021, he launched MedAdvisor.ru, a guide to medical clinics. In November, Ilyin-Adaev made two investments: in a b2b application for automating the work of automatic disassemblers “STOK PRO” and a company for the repair of apartments and houses Remont.FM.
