WhatsApp continues to add exciting new features to its mobile (and desktop) app. The last thing the Meta-owned app is testing is giving more power to group admins. How? Giving them complete control over the conversationand offering the ability to delete content for all members.
As reported wabetainfoIn the latest beta version of WhatsApp for Android, group admins have the ability to delete messages from other members for everyone in their groups. This feature is of course limited to beta users, and is available in WhatsApp for Android version 2.22.19.17.
Although the functionality is present in the beta version, it is not available to everyone. If you want to check if WhatsApp has enabled this feature on your account, it’s very simple. You just have to try delete a message sent by another member in a group you are an administrator of. If you have this feature enabled, a “delete for everyone” button will appear, just like in private chats.

Also, according to the aforementioned media, WhatsApp already has a very advanced new feature and is rolling it out for some specific users. In fact, it is also available on a trial basis for people using the stable versions of the app.
Again, you’ll have to check if you’re an administrator if the app allows you to delete the message for everyone.
Along with this new functionality, the latest beta version of WhatsApp also includes more new features. There is also the ability to view status updates in the chat list.
In addition, now the application allows, if you do not like to see the statuses in the chat list, you can turn it off in the status tab so that they no longer appear in the chat list. Of course, so far only in beta.
