Askona, a Russian manufacturer of sleeping products, has entered the Azerbaijani market. Two brand salons of the brand have been opened in Baku; by the end of the year, their number will increase to five.

Sleepwear manufacturer Askona enters the Azerbaijan market

Along with traditional Askona products, the brand’s assortment includes halal mattresses, confirmed by the muftiate’s certificate, the company’s press service reported.

Askona invested 20 million rubles in business development in Azerbaijan in 2022. By the end of the year, the company will invest 150 million rubles in development in the countries where it operates.

“Now we have opened the first two stores, but we plan to launch five more outlets in 2022 and another five in 2023,” said Vladimir Korchagov, executive director of retail for Askona Russia and the CIS.

In addition to Russia, the Askona brand is represented in Kazakhstan, Belarus and Uzbekistan, with the latest company entering the market in 2022.
