According to the information released by the Minas Gerais District Labor Court, the woman was fired and forgot to log out of her WhatsApp Web account. The interviews were transferred by the owner of the company to other employees at a meeting.

The whole situation could have been handled more discreetly and respectfully,” said the reporting judge, Leonardo Passos Ferreira.
