The American corporation Intel has introduced a new flagship product – the 13th generation Core i9-13900KS processor. It features 8 real Raptor Cove cores and 16 small Gracemont cores.

The chip operates on 24 threads and is capable of clock speeds of up to 6 GHz. This is the world’s first desktop processor that can be overclocked to such levels.

The processor is equipped with a graphics core Intel HD Graphics 770. The power consumption of the chip is 150 W, in turbo mode – 253 W.

Core i9-13900KS differs from the previous model i9-13900K in the difference of low and high operating frequencies. In the new flagship model, they have grown by 200 MHz, down to 3.2 GHz and up to 6 GHz high.

In March 2022, Intel stopped direct deliveries of its products to Russia due to US sanctions.
