The medical service “Helix” bought the Belarusian network of laboratories “Sinevo” from the Swedish holding Medicover. Helix received all the assets of the company, including 58 laboratory facilities in the cities of Belarus.

Helix bought 100% of the business of the Belarusian network of laboratories Synevo

The deal was reported in the press service of the Helix holding. The laboratory service became the owner of 100% of the business of the Belarusian network Synevo. Previously, it belonged to the Swedish holding company Medicover.

“Sinevo” is the largest private company in the market of laboratory services in Belarus. The company’s network includes 58 laboratory points in 23 cities of the republic, as well as a laboratory center in Minsk.

Synevo will be integrated into Helix, the press service specified. This will allow Synevo to expand its catalogue. Helix will also provide Synevo with its IT expertise, which will enhance the company’s customer experience.

With the acquisition of Synevo, Helix will enter a new market and expand its geographic presence. More than 600 diagnostic centers and laboratory stations operate under the Helix brand in 200 cities of Russia and Kazakhstan.
