The host of the YouTube channel Techniqued compared two flagship smartphones in terms of speed: Samsung S23 + and OnePlus 11R. Which is better to buy today? The OnePlus 11R has the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, while the S23+ has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (i.e. the most modern and powerful) processor. The OnePlus 11R also has 16GB of RAM while the S23+ has 8GB.
Asphalt 9 loaded slightly faster on OnePlus. The same thing happened in Call of Duty. The Play Store opened at approximately the same speed in both cases, and Google Chrome was slightly faster on Samsung.
The Samsung S23+ was also slightly faster at loading Facebook.and Instagram. But Amazon opened faster on OnePlus, as did YouTube.
Overall, both devices show high performance. There is no clear winner among them. The same can be said for memory management: both cope perfectly with starting several applications and not restarting them.
