When asked whether gender has an impact on job success, 81% of men and 50% of women said they did not think so, while the remaining 19% of men and 50% of women said they were confident that gender had an impact on work.
50% of men surveyed believe that women’s career opportunities are changing for the better in 2022, and 40% of women agree. However, 2% of women and 6% of men report getting worse.
Also, 37% of men and 25% of women are confident that the gender agenda is out of date in a crisis.
According to Galina Spasenova, partner of Kontakt InterSearch Russia, employers will be more loyal to women’s employment in the current socio-political conditions. Women are a more stable category of workers who are no longer mobilized.
