Cloud-based LMS service (platform for digital learning) Docebo has bought a platform for creating online communities Developer and entrepreneur PeerBoard Mikhail Larionov. This was reported on the PeerBoard website.
The amount of the transaction is not disclosed. Docebo will reportedly be able to provide its clients with a digital learning platform with built-in community management capabilities.
PeerBoard is a platform for creating online communities where businesses and customers can connect with each other. The service can be directly integrated with the company’s website, as well as “friend” WordPress and other systems to create and manage a web resource.
The current deal also became an outlet for Geek Ventures founder Igor Maganok, who joined the project in 2019.
Mikhail Larionov founded PeerBoard in 2019. The company’s headquarters are in Los Angeles. The company was formerly called Circles. Larionov is also one of the creators of a special Facebook chatbot for the closed community of entrepreneurs Rusbase Mates, where meetings are held on the basis of RandomCoffee.
