Within the scope of the promotion, if there is space for luggage on the plane, free transportation of such equipment will be provided to the passenger and transportation must be agreed 36 hours before departure. But if free baggage is not included in the ticket, the passenger will have to pay extra for the transportation of equipment.
According to the Federal Antimonopoly Service, Aeroflot violated the law “On Advertising”, clauses on the cost of goods, the purchase procedure and other purchase conditions. If the carrier’s fault is detected, the company faces a fine of 100,000 to 500,000 rubles.
