One of the features is a new section in Reels that makes it easy to spot trends. Creators can access the section to learn about the most popular songs and hashtags, allowing them to create videos that “meet users’ interests.”

Instagram* has also improved the Reels editor, which allows creators to more accurately and visually align items in a timely manner. Additionally, the company improved its Reels metric by adding information about total watch time and average watch time.

Creators will now be notified when new followers arrive via Reels. The social network is also expanding the ability of fans to support bloggers financially. This feature is currently available in Australia, Canada, France, Mexico, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Instagram* plans to introduce new features to other users in the coming weeks.
