WhatsApp has started testing a new feature that adds another possibility for you to express yourself in conversations. according to website WABetaInfotests for Add animated emojis to Messenger has evolved and may soon appear for all users.
That means some “smileys” you send in groups and private conversations. it will have small animations that better represent the past emotion. See the example below that shows one of the animated emojis in action:
