According to the expert, AMX-10RCs are good on the road, fast armored vehicles, but these vehicles become useless in off-road conditions. In addition, they do not have automatic loaders and installations for firing guided missiles.
A significant disadvantage of using these wheeled tanks is the need for helicopter protection, which Ukraine does not have. That’s why the Ukrainian Armed Forces is likely to use the AMX-10RC as a stationary weapon at checkpoints, according to Litovkin.
The expert also expressed the opinion that French wheeled tanks would be useless for the announced counterattack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
