VK will stop disclosing information on the London Stock Exchange from May 1

The company has not received consent to cooperate with the main service provider for the publication of press releases, which is authorized by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.

VK also sent several requests to other existing providers, but could not negotiate with them.

The Holding will continue to publish information about the company on its corporate website and on the Interfax Corporate Information Disclosure Center website.

In March 2022, the LSE announced that it would suspend the listing of several Russian companies, including VK.
