As part of a new study, researchers asked 10 people with early-stage Parkinson’s to box for three hours over 15 weeks. But at the same time the “opponent” of the subjects was the Fightmaster device.

After 15 weeks, it turned out that 9 out of 10 participants scored higher on the Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale than before. This scale is used to measure the progression and severity of Parkinson’s disease. Also, a group of subjects noted that it reduced fatigue and improved sleep.
