Microsoft 365 Copilot expands reach and adds new features

Microsoft announced on Tuesday (9) Extending early access to Microsoft 365 CopilotA new version of OpenAI’s suite of productivity tools optimized with the artificial intelligence (AI) language. Launched in March, the product was made available to only 20 of our corporate customers.

With the expansion now official, the list has grown to 600 users from around the world, who will be able to test GPT-4-based engines before they become generally available. Selected customers will have to pay a fee to recognize the innovation, but the amount has not been disclosed.

According to the tech giant, companies that were first to use the vehicles, including Goodyear, General Motors, Chevron and Dow, said the Copilot had “the potential to revolutionize business.” Improvements to the way they organize and create meetings were the most highlighted by testers.

The feedback also allowed us to identify areas where AI and Microsoft 365 needed improvement, such as the need for more conversation and multi-shift interaction. The owner of Windows has announced that the return of customers added from the expansion will also be taken into account in improving the program.
