First signs of Immersive Health Solutions LLC’s involvement in New Zealand. She also previously held the rights to Reality One and Reality Pro.
The second one belongs to Realityo Systems LLC. The same organization registered the realityOS trademark in 2021.
Thus, Apple wants to get the rights to the future AR / MR helmet and the operating system for it.
