Russian banks have multiplied by 30 the number of vacancies with remote work, Avito.Raboty analysts calculated. The growth of digitization was influenced by the integration of Russian IT solutions for remote work, experts say.
The number of vacancies in Russian banks with the ability to work remotely in the first quarter of 2023 increased 30-fold. This was reported on the Avito.Rabota service.
The number of vacancies for loan officers increased by 24 times year on year, for bank employees – by 33 times, for financial consultants – by 5.5 times, specialists have calculated.
Along with the increase in the number of job offers, salaries also increase. Thus, the fee for loan officers increased by 29% – from 39.7 thousand rubles to 51.3 thousand rubles per month.
One of the main reasons for the increase in the number of vacancies, experts consider the integration of new IT solutions for remote work. The experts also called the opportunity to save on the rent of premises the reason for the growth of digitization of the sphere of human resources.
