Social network twitter announced that TweetDeck, which allows users to monitor accounts at the same time, will be reserved for “verified” users starting next month.
billionaire Elon Musk, who bought Twitter last year, embarked on a massive overhaul of the platform, laid off staff, and sought to generate additional subscriptions and revenue for an immensely popular but loss-making service.
Users wishing to access this verification (in the form of a blue tick) must pay for a subscription (currently $8), except for those who have been verified as a real account under the previous regime.
TweetDeck It was released more than a decade ago and allows the user to sort the accounts on their computer by subject using columns.
