The last season of Love, death and robots hides inside nine different NFTs. They can be freely redeemed by users, although it is necessary to have a minimum of familiarity in this way.
Netflix has organized a small treasure hunt, the episodes of the series hide nine different QR codes, which the user must scan to redeem the prize. Strangely enough, Netflix has opted for the Ethereum blockchain for this initiative, which surprises us enormously.
Many ‘mainstream’ companies have opted for alternative chains for their NFTs, especially 2-layer chains with less environmental impact (and commission costs). Other companies, on the other hand, have favored more “centralized” solutions, completely negating the concept of NFT.

To redeem the Love, Death & Robots NFT, you must have a wallet that is fit for purpose, such as: metamask (which you can download here). NFTs become the property of the user, who can do with them whatever they want. You can resell them open sea, for example. The fact that Netflix has opted for Ethereum means that the cost of gas – the fees required for each transaction – will be borne by the user.
