Comicbook.com recently put forward an intriguing idea for the development of Daredevil: Born Againwhere the American site tries to assume that the series Daredevil: Bron Again is set in the period of blipor the time elapsed between Thanos’ snap and the years of global population decimation.

The hypothesis formulated would provide for the fact that, with the world’s population halving and many superheroes disappearing, that period could have been useful in bringing forward new heroes and vigilantes. In this way, the introduction of Daredevil (and perhaps the other Marvel-Netflix heroes) could have a more sensible and linear construction in the MCU. Obviously, these are hypotheses and suggestions. We’ll see if the production will validate these ideas.

Daredevil: Born Again will be an 18-episode series, a decidedly high number, even more than the Netflix show, which had 13 per season. Charlie Cox’s Daredevil will also appear in the Echo series and will serve as the voice actor in the animated series Spider-Man: Freshman Year. The Daredevil show is being developed by Matt Corman and Chris Ord.

This announcement comes after Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin appeared in the Hawkeye series and after Charlie Cox’ Mutt Murdock appeared in a scene from Spider-Man: No Way Home. In addition, the Daredevil series, previously available on Netflix, is now available on Disney+.
