Norman Reedus confirmed the existence of Death Stranding 2 in an interview, revealing that work on the game’s sequel has just begun and most likely anticipating one of Kojima Productions’ upcoming announcements. How did Master Kojima take it?
The shots he published a few hours after the leak are a clear example of this. In the first picture we see Kojima with Lucille, Negan’s iconic bat in The Walking Dead and in the second photo we find out who his target is. Just the actor and friend Norman Reedus

The post was then accompanied by a caption that read “Go to your room my friendApparently Reedus really talked too much, enough to deserve one full Neegan style punishment
The same skit is in fact a very clear reference to the sixth season finale of Walking Dead which portrays Neegan and his unforgettable Earl with the pointy club Lucille.
Staying on topic, Reedus’ confirmation of Death Stranding 2 initially appeared to be Hideo Kojima’s involvement in the new Silent Hillbut apparently it’s still a possibility as there are several rumors about Kojima’s involvement in two side projects.
