At The Crew Summer Showcase, Ubisoft announced several new features for The Crew series, which has over 40 million players worldwide. Founded sixteen years ago, Ubisoft studio Ivory Tower has unveiled The Crew 2’s roadmap and content for The Crew Motorfest, which has just appeared in the series.

The event included the intervention of Malu, a character and public relations representative of the festival at The Crew Motorfest. During his presentation, he revealed the new game’s multiplayer features and plans for its first year.

In addition to the newly announced playlist system, Crew Motorfest will feature a variety of new game modes, activities and events. Races such as the Grand Race, a large competition for up to 28 players on randomly generated tracks on the island of Hawaii, and the Demolition Royale, a challenge in which only one team can win, will be held every hour.

The Crew Motor Festival will deliver a year of celebration full of playlists, Summit competitions, guests and celebrations. The Main Stage will feature a number of themed events and challenges, along with select vehicles and featured guests, including the Hoonigan. Every four months, a new season will be presented on the main stage with elements and events from automotive culture.

Players can sign up for the next closed beta exclusive to consoles and PC from July 21 to 23.

At the event, The Crew 2 players were informed about the “Import Collection” feature, which allows their vehicle collections to be brought to The Crew Motorfest for free. This service will be available for most vehicles and accessories purchased or unlocked before the end of The Crew 2 Season 8. Season 9 may be imported at a later date.

Turning five years old, The Crew 2 has announced its plans for the sixth year. Season 9, which starts on July 5, will feature The Race Creator, this will allow players to create and share their own races. They will be able to create their own rules, categories and modifiers.

The first episode of Season 9 will feature new stories and events from American Legends, including a scavenger hunt for legendary vehicles. This event will lead players to discover details and stories about the next game in the series, The Crew Motorfest. Players will be able to test these features during the TC2 Free Weekend on PC and consoles from July 6-10.
