Just a few weeks ago at Gamescom, the ‘Age of Empires IV: The Sultans Ascend’ expansion pack was announced. This content will be available starting November 14.

Since the company’s announcement, some new features that the expansion will bring have emerged. Below is the complete package with its features:

1. New campaign consisting of 8 missions: In this way, players will closely follow the history of the most well-known Muslim leaders and their wars against the crusaders.

2. New civilizations: Here you can interact with the Japanese civilization and the Byzantines.

3. New types of civilizations: Existing civilizations such as the Abbasid Dynasty, China, France, and the Holy Roman Empire will have redesigned versions. These variants bring exciting new heroes, units and strategies that will revitalize the gaming experience.

4. 10 New Maps: Maps are designed to enrich the experience and discover new stories.

5. New Biomes: lThe expansion includes two additional biomes: ‘Japanese Spring’ and ‘Savanna’. These add a new and exciting dimension to your battles and strategies.

This expansion will enrich the gaming experience with new heroes, skills and mechanics that will allow you to compete both on land and at sea.

‘Age of Empires IV’ is a strategy video game developed by Relic Entertainment in conjunction with World’s Edge and published by Xbox Game Studios. The game was released for Windows on October 28, 2021.

The expansion will be available for pre-purchase on the Windows Store, Xbox or Steam. The community will also be able to participate in discussions on Discord, where many players come together to play, form alliances or learn what’s new.

The official date will be November 14.
