Kojima Productions he emailed noted insider Tom Henderson asking him to: remove the article containing the leak on Overdose, the team’s alleged new game. The news comes from a tweet from Henderson himself who reports the request and indicates that he has not agreed to have the article removed.
The report is temporarily unavailable as I’ve added a minor update, but it needs approval (the beauty of writing at 6am).
The update only says “Update – Kojima Productions has since requested to remove the publication of this report, which we declined.” on the report.

Obviously, such a request from Kojima’s team alone confirm the truth of the leak From this we can deduce that Overdose really exists and that we will know more soon, perhaps on the occasion of the Summer Game Fest of tomorrow. After all, as we’ve reported, Geoff Keighley posted a pretty explicit tweet yesterday right after the leak that suggests he’s aware of the game’s existence and its impending announcement.
Overdose was introduced by Henderson as Hideo Kojima’s new game. It would be a third person title with the ability to play some sequences first. The leaker also stated that he had the opportunity to watch some videos of the game in which he appears Margaret Qualey, the actress who plays Mama in Death Stranding, wearing a blue dress. The video shows the character walking through dark hallways and making his way with a flashlight.
We remind you that the Summer Game Fest will be broadcast tomorrow, June 9th, starting at 8:00 PM.
