On September 1 of each year, from platform 9 ¾ of King’s Cross Station, at 11:00 a.m.,Hogwarts Express, to bring new and experienced students to Europe’s most famous school of witchcraft and sorcery. The “Muggles” fans of Harry Potter who still dream of the mythical acceptance owl in school celebrate this date all over the world and of course it is also the ideal occasion for announcements related to the saga: we present the most interesting of those of this year.
The event was packed with meetings and reunions and also saw the return of Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) to the “crime scene”, who also produced a 45-minute video for fans.
“Magic” gatherings in the United States have been announced for 2023, titled ‘Wizard World Festival’, as well as the traveling tour of theHarry Potter: Magic in the Gamewhich will depart from Chicago this fall.
We are still talking about live events, we will have real “Yule Balls” all over the world, for example in Mexico, Canada and Texas and, listen, listen, also in Milan, where from November 11 it will be possible to participate to participate in the Yule Ball: more information here.
Remember when we told you about the mysterious Magic Caster Wand project? We guessed it right: it’s basically a wand system that uses motion sensors and augmented reality, but (at least for now) its use won’t be used as an escape room and the like as we thought but just homely, both for home automation functions – it making available an “official” version of existing similar systems – and local AR gaming via mobile phone. Moving on to video games, we have a new gameplay trailer for Harry Potter: Discover Magic, which comes with an in-depth look at costumes, and an interesting update on Hogwarts Legacy, which promises us exclusive additional costumes if we link the WB Games account to Wizarding World’s account. In addition, a video quartet is now available showing the tour of the common areas of the four Houses: Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, and Hufflepuff.
