Wildberries has lifted the withdrawal restrictions for sellers. Previously, the marketplace placed a ban on partners who used gray promotion schemes and received unreasonable benefits, according to the company. The restriction will be lifted in the coming days.

Wildberries removes restriction on withdrawing funds from sellers involved in “grey” schemes

However, the marketplace announced plans to file formal lawsuits against those who illegally used the company’s information resources.

Earlier, on May 11, the marketplace announced that it had discovered illegal promotion methods through external services. Wildberries estimated the damage from such schemes at 650 million rubles.

On the same day, it became known that the market, without warning, wrote off about 2 billion rubles from sellers for providing “advertising services.” In the evening, sellers selling on the site gathered at the company’s Moscow office and organized a rally. According to them, the funds were written off for advertising they did not order.

At the end of May, the market reported on the audit, according to the site, 60% of sellers suspected of illegal schemes were involved in this process.
