Salesforce announced the launch of AI Cloud, the next-generation CRM tool with AI capabilities. The cloud accelerator product will combine the best of the company’s solutions and will be able to integrate with the best third-party generative AI from the world’s leading developers.
The press service claims that AI Cloud will be able to automatically generate personalized emails, chat responses, content, analyze financial documents, create meeting and appeal minutes, and even write code.
Cloud-based AI-enabled tools will be easy to implement across the enterprise and will increase the efficiency of salespeople, marketers, developers, and others.
The company knows that most employers have a strong interest in AI technologies, but are afraid to introduce them into their work due to the “freak” of “smart” chats and other generative software. Salesforce’s bundled offering reduces anxiety through integration options.
AI Cloud combines proprietary Salesforce technologies (Einstein, Data Cloud, Tableau, Flow, and MuleSoft) with market-leading third-party developments from Amazon Web Services, Anthropic, Cohere, OpenAI, and more.
The AI Cloud Starter Pack will cost the company $360,000 per year.
The company also announced that it is increasing the Generative AI fund, which is part of the Salesforce Ventures VC and focuses on supporting startups developing generative AI-based products, from $250 million to $500 million.
