Xiaomi this Tuesday (24) announced the new version of its smart bracelet. Mi Band 7. The new wearable includes certain improvements over its predecessor, Mi Band 6, including some extra features.
In its Chinese version, Mi Band 7 has the latest features such as GPS and NFC, but the news may not appear in Brazil. Another highlight is a new type of alarm that wakes you up early when you notice a lighter sleep period.

The screen is still very similar to the previous models with its rounded edges, but with a 25% increase in screen. The new screen increases from 1.56 inches to 1.62 inches with a resolution of 192 x 490 pixels, 326 ppi and 500 nits of brightness.

Is it worth the upgrade?
The news may make a difference for those who are obsessed with the details, but it does not provide much progress compared to the previous model. However, if you have models 3, 4 or 5, the update will introduce various features that make daily life easier, in addition to certain Mi Band 6 fixes.
The product started to be marketed in China today (24), but there is no date yet to reach the Brazilian market. It’s also worth noting that Xiaomi usually launches the bracelet here without features like NFC and GPS. However, it is always good to pay attention to the price of the device in our country.
