Thus, contrary to popular opinion in society, Android smartphones turned out to be much easier to learn than iPhone.
Green Smartphones employees analyzed user search queries related to solving various tasks on smartphones.
The research was based on the average monthly volume of inquiries in the United States last year. The scientists manually adjusted the numbers to take into account that Android users might be looking for model-specific information.
Experts evaluated the number of requests for keywords such as “How to take a screenshot on a Samsung smartphone” or “How to take a screenshot on a Google Pixel”.
The results showed that Android smartphone owners send about 226,000 requests per month related to solving basic and intermediate tasks on the device.
At the same time, iPhone owners send 358,000 such requests. This means that Android is 58.41% more intuitive for users compared to iOS. Thus, the study showed that devices based on the green robot are easier to learn than Apple’s brain.
