Alexander Berenov founded the Inspector Cloud startup in 2016. It is a SaaS application for retail audits based on machine vision. The application helps sales representatives to recognize the product and generate reports.

The technology works on the basis of neural networks. The company trained 12 non-rossets in various tasks of the audit process.

This will be Berenov’s first outing, he now owns 24% of the company. According to the terms, the entrepreneur must offer to buy the share to the current participants who have the right of first refusal to buy.

He also clarified to RB.RU that, according to the survey, the share price is now in the range of 0.5-1x to annual revenue.

According to the Kontur.Focus service, by the end of 2022, the company’s revenue amounted to 172.9 million rubles.
