Wildberries has launched a low-rated partner pickup point (PIU) free support program, the site said.
The objective is to help businessmen who experience difficulties in managing their collection points to improve the level of customer service and their own income.
The support program began in June 2023. The first participants are thirteen businessmen from various regions of Russia and the CIS countries, whose partner collection points received the lowest rating from buyers – below 0.25%. the regional average.
The duration of the program is one month. The group is assigned a successful partner point owner for issuing orders for Wildberries. In real-time mode, in an online chat, the mentor provides consultations to entrepreneurs on customer service, registration of ordering points, operational activities, work with software and more.
Program participants also have access to exclusive educational content on working with Wildberries. Market experts also organize weekly online meetings with the participants, where they summarize the week’s results, discuss successes, areas for development and set goals for the coming week.
