Tochka Bank has released a customs calculator for entrepreneurs working with foreign suppliers. With it, you can calculate in advance all customs payments for goods that are expected to be imported.
The service is free, anyone can use it, it is not necessary to be a customer, specified a representative of Tochka RB.RU.
To calculate customs payments, you must enter the name of the product and its characteristics. The calculator will select the appropriate TN VED code, calculate the amount of customs duties, taxes and VAT.
“The calculator insures the businessman against situations where an amount of customs duties is indicated in open sources, but in reality it is 1.5 or 2 times higher,” the company said in a statement.
When choosing a product and a country, the service will display the exact rate of taxes and VAT, taking into account all the characteristics. At the same time, before filing a statement, the bank still recommends consulting with an expert in the field of the statement (this can be done free of charge on Tochka).
