The real estate complex “Volga Dacha” (1700 m2) is put up for sale, which is located on 3 hectares in the Limansky district of the Astrakhan region and previously belonged to businessman and founder of Tinkoff Bank Oleg Tinkov. This is reported by the newspaper “Vedomosti” with reference to the company NF Group.
The seller plans to receive about 850-900 million rubles for the asset, one of the consultants said. Others say that this price is too high and report that the market value of the property is 500-600 million rubles.
Two consultants who worked with Volga Dacha told the newspaper that the property is now controlled by structures associated with Vladimir Potanin’s Interros group. In 2022, the group bought 35% of TCS Group from the Tinkoff family, whose main asset is Tinkoff Bank.
Entrepreneur Oleg Tinkov develops La Datcha, a premium rental service. Private villas were located in Val Thorens, Courchevel, Forte dei Marmi and Astrakhan. In 2022, Tinkov sold the Russian assets to La Datcha.
