Unverified (free social media) accounts will now be limited to 600 messages/posts per day and new unverified accounts will only have access to 300 messages per day.
Verified accounts, including those following Twitter Blue, will have a maximum limit of 6,000 messages per day.
Musk later tweeted that these limits will soon increase to 8,000 for verified users, 800 for unverified users, and 400 for new unverified accounts.
