The American civil aviation regulator FAA issued a summer certificate for the Aska A5 prototype aircraft, which allows the company to start testing it. The A5 has similar features, both presented and in the car. And this is not always the case – very few companies decide to ensure that their products pass the full FORMATIVE DOUBLE certification.

The novelty has four wheels, and its interior allows for comfortable accommodation of four people. There may be a runway for lifting into the air. For this reason, the pilot will have the option to activate the eVTOL system and make it vertically practical. To do this, the wings must be unfolded and the traction propellers capable of tearing the car off the ground must be launched. For level flight, the two rear large propellers are tilted and in a horizontal thrust position. The wheel is equipped with electric motors capable of accelerating it to 100 km / h in less than 5 seconds.

The company uses about the range of use of the economy mode up to 400 km. Engineers provided a gasoline generator to feed the onboard batteries and a ballistic parachute. The 100 series version of the A5 is expected to cost $789,000. Users have already pre-ordered more than 60 units for a total of about $50,000,000. It is reported that at least 40 hours of training and a valid pilot’s license are required to operate the marvel of technology.
