A new version of the article neural network appeared in Yandex.Browser. YandexGPT will summarize the main ideas of the material in the form of summaries, and the time to read them will be from 30 to 60 seconds, depending on the message from Yandex.
It is not necessary to switch to third-party services – the essence of the material will be displayed directly in the browser interface at the top of the opened page, and a link to the summary can be sent to other people.
In order for the summary result to convey all the important thoughts of the source material and be concise, the developers additionally trained the YandexGPT neural network using a special data set – tens of thousands of pairs of large texts and their abbreviated versions. They were prepared by the editors of Yandex’s internal crowdsourcing platform and the company’s AI trainers.
The theses count function first appeared on June 27 on the 300.ya.ru service. The neural network adapts to Russian texts up to 30 thousand characters.
