Tinkoff has been suspending dollar transfers to Freedom Finance Kazakh bank since July 18. SWIFT transfers can only be made in rubles and tenge, according to Tinkoff’s website. There are already Tinkoff restrictions on currency transfers to Freedom Finance; they were introduced on July 5.

Tinkoff will suspend dollar transfers to the Kazakh bank Freedom Finance

As of July 18, Tinkoff will suspend transfers in US dollars to the Kazakh bank Freedom Finance. This was reported to Frank Media at the bank’s call center.

Starting July 18, bank-to-bank transfers will be available only in rubles and tenge. The possibility of transfers in rubles through the SBP appeared on May 30. The operations are carried out without commission.

On July 5, Tinkoff limited currency transfers to Freedom Finance. The maximum amount of a single transfer is $20,000 with a commission of 1% (minimum – $30, maximum – $200).
