The number of transactions of Russians with foreign real estate in the first half of 2023 increased by 36% compared to the same period in 2022.

At the same time, the UAE is the leader in the number of real estate transactions. The least interested in real estate in Montenegro, Germany and Greece. These countries have lost more than 80% of Russian demand.

The leaders in the growth of demand for real estate were the countries of Southeast Asia:

  • The number of transactions of Russians for the purchase of real estate in Bali has doubled.
  • The number of real estate transactions in Thailand increased 2.6 times.
  • In the Caribbean, in January-June, the Russians bought 2.4 times more property than in the same period of 2022. Grenada provided a great demand for this direction.
