Russian startup sBoard, which provides companies with online boards for remote communication and file sharing, raised 21.5 million rubles during the bridging round. This was announced to RB.RU by the founder of the startup Andrey Korsakov.
The investors were Ivan Kolomoets, the founder of Uchi.ru, and the investment company Alkhena, which invested in the startup in 2021, as well as the Moscow Seed Fund.
sBoard will use the funds received to improve the technical functionality of the site: developing templates for business tasks and improving elements of current products.

In 2022, Sboard became an import substitution service: companies use a product with a Russian legal entity to replace the defunct services of Trello and Miro. Sboard’s clients include Netology and other services.
In 2022, more than 1 million sessions were held on the platform, the company was included in the top 100 promising startups according to RB.RU. In total, about 40 million rubles have been invested in the start-up to date.
According to the Kontur.Fokus system, as of June 2, 2023, 36% of Esbord LLC belongs to Irina Kolomoets, 30% to each of the founders Vladimir Gladun and Andrey Korsakov, 4% to Alkhena LLC.
